1. How do I get started?
   

   First click on Registration and submit your information. Make sure that you complete all the required fields. Then visit the Products & Services page to view the different Tutoring Plans. You may purchase an plan online through PayPal. To do this, log in to your account and use the form on the Products & Services to choose your plan. When you click on the Buy button, you will be connected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you can send a cheque or money order to

   Someone will contact you via email as soon as we receive the registration you submitted online or through the mail.

2. How do I know when I meet with the tutor?
   

   Choose the calendar button and look at the times available in the next few days. Please note that you must be logged in to your account to view the calendar. A form is available on the calendar page that you can use to request a tutoring session. We will confirm the time and the date via email.

3. How do I access the chat room?
   

   The chat room is at htpps://sas.elluminate.com. Click on the “Chatroom” link found on the left side of this page. Once you are at the Elluminate site, you will need to be invited into the chatroom by the tutor who will use your email address to identify you.

4. What if I cannot keep a tutoring appointment?
   

   Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

5. Who are the tutors?
   

   Please visit our “Our Tutors” page to meet your tutors.

6. Will I be able to extend my session if I would like to?
   

   It will not be possible to extend a tutoring session. It is important that the tutors complete the tutoring on time.

7. What if I haven’t completed my homework in the tutoring session?
   

   The primary purpose of the tutoring session is to try to enhance the understanding of mathematics and physics concepts and to provide an opportunity for one-on-one instruction. It is possible that homework questions may be used in this process. However, it is a vital part of the learning process for the student to try to complete homework on their own. In fact, in order to maximize the benefits of the tutoring, it would be very important for the student to have tried the homework questions and thus be able to identify the areas causing difficulty.

8. How do I know that the tutoring is private and the website secure?
   

   The tutoring session will involve only the student and the tutor. For more information visit www.elluminate.com.

9. Is there anyway that I can save the work completed during the tutoring session so that I can refer to it at a later time?
